The 104k is made up of 21 segments.  Each segment has room for ONE Baton Runner, ONE Baton Buddy and lots of Support Runners.  The Baton Runner needs to provide an approximate pace for the segment (fast, slow, whatever you like) to help us to estimate change over times and give Support Runners a guide on pace.

To get involved select the segment, the role (Baton Runner, Baton Buddy or Support Runner) and your name from the drop down list. You can complete the form more than once to complete multiple segments.  We’d love to have 21 different Baton Runners so please choose this role once only to begin.  Sign up as a Support Runner to as many segments as you can run in a day.  The more Support Runners the merrier the banana’s day!
